In recent years Streeton Primary School has started to incorporate the STEAM program into our weekly planners. STEAM stands for Science Technology Engineering Arts Mathematics and is a hands on style of learning. This multi-disciplinary approach to teaching and learning encourages learners to utilise the intersection of art, science, technology, engineering, and math as access points for guiding student inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking.

At Streeton Primary we believe the curriculum we teach should be individualised to suit learning strengths, differentiated to meet academic need, and structured in a way that encourages and values our student's creative passions. We strive to provide this within 'real world', meaningful contexts in a way that will develop the varied skills our students will need in order to be successful in our evolving world.

Students in years 3 to 6 take part in our 1:1 program through a "Bring Your Own Device Model" (BYOD). For those families unable to provide a tablet, a shared device will be available in the classroom. Students in our Junior School have a set of devices to utilise in their classroom throughout the week.

Streeton Primary School has designed and created a unique outdoor education permaculture farm. This farm has been designed with education at the forefront of our vision. Each section of the farm has been purposely designed to enable a class to work in a particular area at any given time throughout the day. Classrooms are timetabled into the facility throughout the week.

Streeton Primary School also hosts a spacious, fully functioning classroom kitchen. Students participate in weekly lessons, learning about healthy meals, hygiene and table manners.
